Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Tampa, FL

Start Date: August 12, 2024
End Date: May 24, 2025
Hours: Full-time, 7.5 hours per day | Total of 37.5 hours per week
Pay: Competitive hourly rate | Weekly Pay
ProCare Therapy is looking for a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Tampa, FL for the upcoming school year. The successful candidate will work with a diverse population of students, providing essential speech and language services to support their educational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's specific goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License.
- CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or Clinical Fellow (CF) status accepted.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
