We're hiring full or part-time Speech Pathologists in the Grants Pass area for our upcoming school year - Candidates will be providing initial evaluations to Preschool students, supporting a 6-12th grade caseload with direct services, and assisting the multidisciplinary team in coordinating effective, resourceful, and creative interventions! This position is contracted, covering all 36 weeks of the school year, with high potential to renew year after year.
- Licensed by the Connecticut state board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
- Clinical Fellows accepted!
- Valid Driver's License
CORE JOB FUNCTIONS:
The key responsibilities of this job include conducting screenings, consultations and diagnostic evaluations with students having known or suspected communication disorders, interpreting assessment data, and planning and performing speech-language pathology treatment interventions according to student IEPs. Our district expects SLPs to maintain and organize their data, documentation, and progress reports, as well as regularly attend and collaborate harmoniously within IEP meetings. SLPs must work in compliance with state and federal law at all times.
