ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a supportive school district in Bonsall, CA. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to students, including medication administration and health assessments
- Assist students with medical conditions, disabilities, or special healthcare needs
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with school health policies
Qualifications:
- Active California LVN license required
- Previous experience in pediatrics, schools, or a similar setting preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
