Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an ABA Therapist or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of behavioral techniques and methodologies
- Ability to work effectively in a team, assisting other paraprofessionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in an educational setting, particularly with students with special needs, is highly desirable

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to students with severe ASD, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with special education teachers and other support staff to create a structured and supportive classroom environment
- Assist in the development and implementation of data collection methods to monitor student progress
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and challenges
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Support students during transition times and in social situations, promoting independence
