Job Description
In a supportive educational environment, professionals will provide specialized assistance to students with severe Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in an elementary school setting. Qualifications:
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong understanding of ASD and its impacts on learning
- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in an educational or therapeutic setting preferred

Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers and other paraprofessionals in implementing ABA strategies
- Provide one-on-one support to students, tailoring approaches to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with educators to create and adapt learning materials
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes as required
- Support students during transitions and various classroom activities
