Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology or Master's degree in Special Education with BCBA Certification ORCalifornia Education Specialist Credential or PPS Credential in School Psychology with an Autism Authorization
- Experience working with K-12 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Location:
- Atascadero, CA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to ensure the effective implementation of behavioral strategies
- Provide training and support to teachers and paraprofessionals on behavior management techniques
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions
