Job Description
A full-time position is available for a dedicated professional in a therapeutic day school setting, designed for K-12 students. This year-round contract role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of approximately 45 students across seven classrooms.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or Level II Behavior Therapist certification
- Experience working with students with diverse behavioral needs, particularly in educational settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavioral plans
- Previous experience training and supervising teachers and staff is preferred
- Knowledge of various behavior modification techniques
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges while developing and overseeing behavioral intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators and staff to create a positive learning environment tailored to students needs
- Conduct training sessions for teachers and paraprofessionals on behavioral strategies and best practices
- Assess student progress and adjust behavioral plans as necessary
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student outcomes and strategies
