This part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is designed for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, focusing on fostering positive outcomes for K-8 students.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
- Strong knowledge of behavior modification techniques and data-driven practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, staff, and families
Location:
- Bountiful, UT
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Implement and oversee treatment protocols, ensuring fidelity to established procedures
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate behavioral strategies into the classroom
- Provide training and support to staff and families regarding behavioral techniques
- Monitor student progress and adjust BIPs as necessary based on data analysis
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
