This position is tailored for a dedicated professional ready to make a positive impact in the lives of children from August 2025 to June 2026, within a part-time capacity of 2-3 days a week, focusing on a K-8 caseload.
Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in school settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of behavioral interventions and data-driven decision-making
Location:
- Based in Brockton, MA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
- Provide direct support and consultation to teachers and staff on the implementation of BIPs
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate with special education teams to integrate behavioral supports within the classroom
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and needs
