Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate Level degree in Applied Behavioral Science
- Current BCBA license required
- Previous experience in school environments is preferred, though not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement and monitor BIPs
- Provide training and support to school staff on behavioral techniques and strategies
- Engage with families to ensure continuity of care and support outside of school
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions
