Location: Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans for students.
• Provide direct support and training to teachers and staff on behavioral techniques.
• Collaborate with educational teams to ensure cohesive support for students.
• Conduct assessments and document progress for approximately 45 students across 7 classrooms.
• Supervise and mentor Level II Behavior Therapists as needed.
• Engage directly with students to model best practices and reinforce behavioral goals.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required; Level II Behavior Therapists will also be considered.
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings, particularly with students with special needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of various behavioral modification techniques and data collection methods.
