Job Description
A part-time position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, located in Clearfield, UT. This role involves working with a diverse K-8 student population, focusing on providing exceptional behavioral support and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Previous experience working with K-12 students, particularly in school settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Knowledge of various behavioral interventions and data analysis techniques
Location:
- Clearfield, Utah
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
- Provide direct behavior support and training to students and staff
- Monitor student progress and adjust BIPs as necessary
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with families regarding student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student outcomes
