Job Description

In a supportive educational environment, candidates will provide specialized behavior analysis services to students. This part-time position spans the 2025-2026 school year, focusing on K-8 classrooms within two schools. The current schedule for this contract position is 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in K-8 settings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and families
  • Knowledge of behavioral interventions and data-driven decision making

Location:

  • Dorchester Center, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior analytic services and support to students with diverse needs
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor BIPs
  • Offer training and guidance to staff on behavioral strategies and best practices
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
