Job Description
In a supportive educational environment, candidates will provide specialized behavior analysis services to students. This part-time position spans the 2025-2026 school year, focusing on K-8 classrooms within two schools. The current schedule for this contract position is 2-3 days per week.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in K-8 settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff and families
- Knowledge of behavioral interventions and data-driven decision making
Location:
- Dorchester Center, MA
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavior analytic services and support to students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement and monitor BIPs
- Offer training and guidance to staff on behavioral strategies and best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
