Qualifications:
- National BCBA Certification required
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with ASD and multiple disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Location: Dover, DE
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans for students
- Collaborate with educational staff to implement and monitor the effectiveness of BIPs
- Provide training and support to teachers and paraprofessionals on behavioral techniques
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and strategies
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of student behaviors and interventions
