This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a therapeutic day school setting, focusing on the diverse needs of approximately 45 students across seven classrooms.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, or Level II Behavior Therapist seeking to advance.
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in therapeutic or specialized educational settings.
- Strong skills in developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans.
- Ability to train and collaborate with teachers and staff on behavioral techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Provide training and supervision to teachers and staff on applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral plans tailored to each students needs.
- Work directly with students to model and reinforce positive behavioral skills.
- Conduct assessments and gather data to inform and adjust behavioral interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students.
