Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.

- Previous experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff and families.
- Ability to develop and implement behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
Location: Hackensack, NJ
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement BIPs and monitor student progress.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral techniques and strategies.
- Engage with families to ensure consistency in behavioral interventions across settings.
- Maintain documentation and records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
