  • Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Knowledge of current best practices in behavior analysis and education.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and interventions.
