Job Description

Seeking a dedicated professional for a part-time position in Layton, UT, for the 2025-2026 school year. This role focuses on providing behavioral analysis and support to K-8 students, with a manageable caseload of 4-10 students, ensuring tailored interventions that meet diverse needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to implement and monitor the effectiveness of BIPs.
  • Provide training and support to teachers and paraprofessionals on behavioral strategies.
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and participate in case discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in K-8 settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Knowledge of data collection methods and behavior modification techniques.
