Job Description
In a supportive educational environment, professionals are sought to provide specialized behavioral analysis services within a K-12 setting. This contract role is located in Lewis Center, OH, and is designed for individuals who are dedicated to enhancing the educational experiences of students through applied behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children in educational settings, particularly K-12
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Knowledge of various behavioral interventions and data collection methods
Location:
- Lewis Center, OH
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
- Implement and train staff on behavioral techniques and strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust BIPs as necessary
- Collaborate with educational staff to ensure effective integration of behavioral supports
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
