Job Description
An opportunity is available for a skilled professional with expertise in behavior analysis within educational settings. This part-time position spans the academic year from August 2025 to June 2026, requiring services 2-3 days a week across two K-8 schools.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly in K-8 settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff and families.
- Proficient in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
Location: Lowell, MA
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral analysis services to students in accordance with BCBA guidelines.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct assessments and gather data to inform treatment strategies.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student support discussions.
- Deliver training sessions for staff and parents on behavioral techniques and strategies.
