Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with young children, particularly those with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and parents
- Knowledge of various behavioral therapies and interventions
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of BIPs, adjusting as necessary
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to create a positive learning environment
- Provide training and resources to staff and families regarding behavioral techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and strategies
