Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with young children, particularly those with special needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and parents
  • Knowledge of various behavioral therapies and interventions

Location:

  • Manchester, NH

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Implement and monitor the effectiveness of BIPs, adjusting as necessary
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to create a positive learning environment
  • Provide training and resources to staff and families regarding behavioral techniques
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and strategies
