Qualifications:
- Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Proficient in data collection and analysis to track student progress
- Commitment to collaborating with educators, staff, and families to support student success
Location: Manchester, NH
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate behavioral supports into the classroom.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on the implementation of BIPs and data collection methods.
- Monitor and analyze student progress through regular data review and follow-up meetings.
- Engage with families to discuss student progress and strategies for continued support.
