A K-12 educational institution in Marlborough, MA is seeking qualified professionals for two contract positions focused on behavior analysis. These roles are designed to support students through maternity leave coverage, with one position commencing on June 1 and concluding at the end of August.
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Proficient in data collection and analysis to inform treatment plans
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral interventions and support aligned with students' IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored behavior modification plans
- Train and support staff in the implementation of behavioral techniques
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and IEP discussions
