An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional specializing in behavioral analysis within an educational setting. This position is focused on providing essential support to middle school-aged students with diverse needs, specifically in the realm of autism.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA License
- Experience working with students with autism, particularly at the middle school level
- Supervisory experience with RBTs is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
Location: Milledgeville, GA
Responsibilities:
- Provide BCBA oversight for two middle school students requiring behavioral support
- Collaborate with educational staff to enhance students' communication and direction-following skills
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their implementation of behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored behavior plans to meet individual student needs
- Engage with students, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment
