Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with K-12 populations, particularly students with special needs
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Location: Milton, VT
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analysis
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other professionals to promote students' behavioral and academic success
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff on ABA techniques and strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide updates regarding behavioral goals and objectives
