Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with children in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, staff, and families
Location:
Moncks Corner, SC
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral support and consultation to students across various schools
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze student needs
- Facilitate training and workshops for school staff on behavioral techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
