Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate Level degree in Applied Behavioral Science
- Active BCBA license
- Experience in school settings preferred, though not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention plans
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support for students
- Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavioral techniques and strategies
- Monitor and analyze data related to student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
