Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families.
- Knowledge of universal design for learning and evidence-based practices.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students behavioral needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure the effective implementation of BIPs and monitoring of student progress.
- Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques and data collection methods.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student outcomes.
- Advocate for students' needs and promote positive behavior and social skills within the school community.
