This K-12 school environment is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide essential support and guidance to students during the extended school year (ESY).
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
- Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and relevant educational policies
Location:
- Plaistow, NH
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff on behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student behavior and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and outcomes achieved
