Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and relevant educational policies

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
• Provide training and support to teachers and staff on behavior management techniques
