Job Description
A dynamic educational environment in Saint Albans, VT is seeking a dedicated professional to provide specialized behavioral support within a K-12 setting. This contract position runs from August 18, 2025, to June 10, 2026, with a commitment of 7.5 hours per day, five days a week, including additional planning days in July.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans
- Knowledge of current best practices in applied behavior analysis
- Collaborative mindset to work with educators, parents, and other professionals

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate behavioral supports within the classroom
- Provide training and support to staff on the implementation of behavioral strategies
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Engage with families to promote understanding and involvement in their child's education
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district regulations
