Qualifications:
- Active BCBA license
- Experience in school settings preferred, though not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Location:
- Sparta, GA
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral analysis services to two middle school students, one of whom is a nonverbal autism student and the other working on communication and direction-following skills
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians in the implementation of BIPs
- Conduct assessments and collect data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Attend and participate in relevant meetings and professional development opportunities
