Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
- Strong knowledge of behavioral modification techniques and data-driven practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
- Implement and oversee the delivery of behavioral services in alignment with BIPs
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to ensure effective communication and support
- Monitor student progress through data collection and analysis, adjusting strategies as needed
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral techniques and best practices
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall development of student goals
