Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Implement and supervise the delivery of behavior analytic services according to established BIPs.
- Provide staff training and support on behavior management techniques.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
- Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments to interventions as necessary.
- Participate in relevant meetings and maintain accurate records of services provided.
