Salary: $40 to $48 per hour (competitive rate)

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst in Austin, You Will:
- Assess and Analyze: Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify and understand challenging behaviors and their underlying causes.
- Develop Treatment Plans: Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each clients needs and goals.
- Provide Therapy: Deliver direct therapy services, focusing on behavior modification, skill acquisition, and enhancing clients' quality of life.
- Collaborate: Work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to develop and support effective behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Monitor and Document Progress: Track and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best possible outcomes.
