Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) licensure.
- 2-3 years of experience working with students in educational environments, particularly with K-12 populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, students, and families.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Location:
- Boston, MA (In-person, Full Time)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to understand student behavior and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement BIPs and monitor student progress.
- Provide training and support to school staff on behavior management techniques and best practices.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of interventions and outcomes as required by the school.
