Qualifications:
- Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) licensure
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly those with special needs
- Strong understanding of behavioral interventions and data-driven practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Location:
Brockton, MA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
- Provide direct support and training to educators and staff on the implementation of BIPs
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing student support
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and behavioral strategies
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with regulations
