Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- MA Licensure for Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA)
- Preferred experience of at least 1 year supervising home-based services
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with behavior technicians and families
Location:
- Brockton, MA, serving K-12 students in a home-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioral analysis and treatment plans for children with diverse needs
- Supervise and support behavior technicians in delivering effective services
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and sustainability of behavioral interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for all clients
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and continue professional development
