Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Current BCBA licensure
- 2-3 years of experience working with children in educational settings
- Strong understanding of behavioral techniques and data collection methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse staff and student populations
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff on the implementation of BIPs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral supports within the classroom
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Attend and participate in staff meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
