Job Description

An exciting opportunity awaits for professionals with specialized skills in behavior analysis within an educational setting. Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs
  • Strong assessment and data collection skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Location:
Calumet City, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
  • Implement and monitor the effectiveness of BIPs, ensuring data-driven outcomes.
  • Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote positive behavioral changes and academic success.
  • Provide training and support to teachers and staff on behavior management techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of student progress and strategies utilized.
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
