Qualifications:
- Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) licensure
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, particularly those with special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective behavioral intervention plans
- Knowledge of various behavior modification techniques and data collection methods

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral support and consultation to students and staff
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to implement and monitor strategies
- Train and support school personnel in the application of behavioral techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports for students on your caseload
- Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities
