Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • MA Licensure for Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA)
  • Preferred experience of at least 1 year in supervising home-based services
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Location:

  • Cambridge, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior analytic services to children aged 3 to 14 years in a home-based setting
  • Supervise and support behavior technicians in the implementation of treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and services provided
