Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field
- Current BCBA licensure
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a school or clinical setting
- Strong understanding of behavioral interventions and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Location: Cambridge, MA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to implement and monitor the effectiveness of BIPs
- Provide training and support to staff on ABA techniques and strategies
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and program outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and uphold a positive school environment
