Instructional Assistant | 2024-2025 School Year | Colton, San Bernardino, and Surrounding Areas

ProCare Therapy, a leading educational staffing agency specializing in K-12 education jobs, is actively seeking Instructional Assistants for school districts across San Bernardino, Riverside, and surrounding communities, including Redlands, Colton, Rialto, Fontana, Ontario, and more. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting student success and making a meaningful impact in the classroom.

Position Details:

• Full-time, in-person role providing classroom support to K-12 students
• Provide instructional support in diverse learning environments (specific age groups and class sizes vary based on school needs)
• Competitive pay: $28 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering curriculum to students in Riverside, San Bernardino, and nearby districts
• Provide student support in both general and special education classrooms
• Help students with assignments, activities, and classroom management
• Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with educators to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or higher
• Previous experience working with students in educational settings, including tutoring, assisting, or childcare experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage classroom activities and maintain student focus
• Ability to pass a background check, fingerprint clearance, and drug screening
