ProCare Therapy is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 behavioral support for a 4th-grade student in a general education classroom setting in Cullman, AL. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a students daily learning experience.

Position Details:

• Location: Cullman, AL
• Schedule: Part-time
• Caseload: 1:1 with a 4th-grade student
• Setting: General education classroom

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention strategies to support student engagement and success
• Work closely with teachers to create a structured and positive learning environment
• Assist with social, emotional, and academic skill-building
• Collect data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Patient and compassionate approach to student support
