Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop behavior intervention plans and conduct functional assessments
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines and best practices in behavior analysis
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams is preferred
