Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | 2024-2025 School Year | Sacramento, Elk Grove, and Surrounding Areas
ProCare Therapy, a leading educational staffing agency, is currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for school districts across Sacramento, Elk Grove, and surrounding areas, including Rancho Cordova, Florin, and North Highlands.
Position Details:
- Full-time, in-person role
- Work with K-12 students, providing behavioral support and intervention
- Competitive pay: $28 per hour
- Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k) matching, Travel reimbursements
Requirements:
- Current RBT certification (Registered Behavior Technician)
- Experience working with students with autism or behavioral challenges
- Strong communication and behavioral management skills
- Background check, fingerprint clearance, and drug screening required
