An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional skilled in behavioral analysis and interventions within an elementary school setting. This position is based in Lancaster, PA, and is focused on providing essential support to students through the application of applied behavior analysis techniques.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in psychology, education, or a related field
- Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of behavioral interventions and data collection methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students behavioral needs and develop appropriate intervention plans
- Implement and monitor the effectiveness of behavior modification techniques
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate behavioral supports into the classroom
- Provide training and support to teachers and paraprofessionals regarding behavioral interventions
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and intervention outcomes
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student development and strategies for support
