An opportunity is available for a dedicated professional specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis within a K-12 educational setting. This role focuses on providing high-quality, home-based services to students aged 3 to 14, ensuring each child receives the support they need to thrive.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- MA Licensure for Applied Behavior Analysis (LABA)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising home-based services preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with behavior technicians and other professionals
Location:
- Lowell, MA
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, treatment planning, and direct behavior analytic services to students
- Supervise and support behavior technicians in the delivery of home-based services
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided and client progress
- Engage with families to promote understanding of behavioral interventions and strategies
