Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated professional ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of elementary students. This part-time position, offering 10-15 hours per week, is situated in Mendon, MA, and focuses on providing exceptional behavioral support within an elementary school setting.
Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Strong understanding of behavioral interventions and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement effective behavioral strategies
- Provide training and support to school staff on BIP implementation and data collection
- Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Prepare and maintain documentation of student progress and outcomes
