About the Role:
ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based role in Natick, MA. This onsite position involves working 1:1 with elementary students to provide behavioral and academic support. If you have a passion for helping young learners succeed, wed love to hear from you!

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Caseload: Providing behavioral support to students with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support in the classroom
• Track student progress and maintain documentation
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents
• Foster a positive and structured learning environment

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Ability to build strong relationships with students and educators
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
